Job Description
Corporate Sales Manager-
1. Techno Marketing Profile with a focus on corporate sales including group policies.
2. The planning and strategy of acquisition of corporate clients, including innovative marketing efforts.
3. Leading the marketing team, for example, by setting goals for them (including self-imposed) and follow-up of the same.
4. The recruitment of the Marketing team, ensuring the generation of leads for the marketing team, either by the computer directly or through telecall or any other method as canopies, customer references, insurers, etc. TPAs, periodic monitoring of their work, support, and training on products/soft skills.
5. Identification of the geographies / Industries / Industries / Products / insurance companies to be focused on marketing.
6. Ensure a good return on the branch/is and plan for growth for both the company and its employees.
7. Close collaboration with senior officials of the preferred insurance companies and negotiate better terms (if there is no understanding at the national level).
8. Supervise the provision of services to customers on all fronts, even handholding for settlement of the claim.
9. Retention Strategies of acquired clients, the holding of meetings of renewal in time...
